Whole Child Education Advocacy and Consulting LLC. provides personalized advocacy based on the family's needs and goals. Whether you have questions about educational processes, want behind-the-scenes guidance, or want in-person support, we can create an advocacy plan to meet your unique needs.
Initial Consultation
Each child's needs are unique, your individualized advocacy plan should be as well. This free 30-minute initial consultation provides insight into your family goals, your child's educational needs, and potential advocacy options.
Comprehensive Advocacy Support
A comprehensive family interview and review of all relevant documents provides a detailed individualized advocacy plan. This advocacy plan can include help understanding assessments/evaluations, school documents including 504 and IEPs, drafting communications, pre and post meeting support, and attending meetings along side parents.
Educational Records
Records Review- We will review all appropriate records and discuss family goals, objectives, services, and accommodations. This behind-the-scene service provides parents with recommendations and suggestions to ensure their child's unique needs are being served appropriately by the school team.

Records Organization- This services supports you in organizing all records and communications.
Communication Support
This behind-the-scenes support assists families in drafting and communicating with the educational team to ensure your child's educational needs are being heard and met. This can include requesting evaluations, requesting meetings and changes to current services/accommodations, or responding to school communication.
IEP and 504 Support
The Individualized Education Program and 504 processes can be overwhelming. This service assists families in understanding these processes so that they become informed and active members in their child's education. When families understand their rights within the educational system, they become their child's best advocate.
Educational Meeting Support
This behind-the-scenes service provides support in preparing for educational meetings and debriefing after. Being prepared for meetings provides clear and effective communication where concerns and needs are addressed to ensure your child's needs are being met appropriately. After the meeting we will summarize the outcomes, plan followup steps and check-ins as needed. In person meeting participation can be added if desired.
